We were raised here, we live here, and we have spent years learning the homes, neighborhoods, HOAs, rental market, and local professionals who keep properties running.

My dad, Craig, started Swenson Property Management in 2009 after years of working in construction and property management. He built the company around practical experience, strong local relationships, and taking care of people’s homes the right way. Now, as I take on more of the day-to-day operations and help lead the company into its next chapter, my goal is not to reinvent what he built. It is to build on it. That means keeping the local knowledge and personal service our clients have trusted for years while bringing in new systems, technology, and ideas that help us serve owners even better.
