Swenson Property Management is a small, local team built around one core strength: deep operational expertise. The company began in 2009 when the founder - facing a reset and a family to support - put his CPM and a lifetime in real estate and construction to work managing rentals in the San Ramon area. Over time, the work became a calling. With decades of hands-on experience behind the decisions, we don’t guess - we recommend the course of action that protects the property, improves rent-readiness, and keeps tenancy stable.
That origin still shapes how we operate: straightforward communication, practical decisions, and deep respect for the home as an asset someone worked hard to own. We see homes differently than most. We know where issues start, what actually fixes them, and what’s worth doing before a vacancy turns expensive.
